We were hoping for a fun family day, but it ended up feeling a bit stressful. A few areas were tricky with little kids, and we kept wishing there was clearer info about where to take breaks or grab food. It’s a cool place, really cool, but for us it just wasn’t the easiest or most kid-friendly experience

I was expecting to get a lot more out of this, but it ended up feeling surface-level and kinda confusing. I kept waiting for it to go deeper, but it never really did. Not really worth my time tbh.

I checked thehenryford.org before we went so I could get an idea of the ride times, mainly for the Model T rides and the train. The info was there and easy to understand, though I did have to poke around the site a bit to find exactly what I needed.
Once we were there, the rides were a lot of fun and definitely felt worth doing. Common sense says the lines are going to get slower later in the day when more people show up, and that’s pretty much what happened. The staff were friendly, though, and overall it was a really nice visit

I had a good time overall... there was definitely a lot to see, but I felt like we could’ve used more time to really take it all in.

We went to Holiday Nights and had such a fun time. The kids are already asking when we can go back, so I guess they kind of knew what they were doing with this event.

We were hoping to plan a visit, but the hours were kind of tough to work around!! Between work and the kids’ schedules, it just felt limited. I wish there were more evening or later options because it would’ve made things so much easier!!! The site had the info we needed, but actually planning around those hours was frustrating!!

I really wanted to enjoy the visit, but the lines were ridiculous. Everywhere we went, there was another long wait, and after a while it just sucked the fun out of the whole experience. I get that places get busy, but come on, when you spend most of your time standing around instead of actually enjoying anything, it’s frustrating.

I was hoping for a more immersive experience, but a few of the exhibits felt kind of staged and not that authentic. I also found the communication a bit unclear, which was annoying because I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to be looking at or getting from each part. Overall, it just didn’t pull me in the way I expected.

I usually don’t have much trouble booking tickets online with other services, but this experience was a mess. The booking kept failing, and when I thought I finally got through, my reservations never showed up. Compared to other sites I’ve used, this felt really unreliable and stressful.

I was disappointed with the gift shop. I was expecting more fun Henry Ford or museum related stuff, but a lot of what they had felt kind of random or just really basic

There also wasn’t much variety, and the sizing was limited. A few things caught my eye, but they were either too expensive or not interesting enough to actually buy

I ended up leaving without getting anything, which surprised me. For a place like this, I really thought the shop would have been a lot better

I liked parts of the experience, but the accessibility really needs some work. A few things felt harder to use than they should have been, it seemed avoidable with a little more attention to detail.

It definitely brought back some good memories, and I liked the nostalgic feel at first. But after a while, the whole vibe started to feel a bit tired and dull. Compared to some similar options out there that feel more polished or exciting, this one just didn’t keep me as interested as I’d hoped.

We were feeling overwhelmed and like nothing was going our way, but the staff stepped in and helped us so much. It felt like we would’ve been stuck without them, so I’m really grateful they took the time to make things easier for us.

Visited The Henry Ford recently and overall had a good experience. The place was clean, the bathrooms were stocked, and the floors looked well taken care of. A few of the older areas did feel a little worn and could use some touch-ups, though. Nothing that ruined the visit, but if they let those areas go too long, I’d probably think twice about coming back as often.

The free entry is definitely nice and makes the membership feel worth it sometimes, but the discounts are small. It feels like that’s a preventable letdown if they just made the perks a bit stronger.

The sandwiches were good overall, nothing amazing but definitely decent. That said, the prices felt higher than they should be for what you get. I don’t mind paying more when the value is there, but businesses should be upfront and fair about pricing, and this just didn’t quite feel balanced.

We went to The Henry Ford last weekend, and I was kind of stressed about parking because we were running a little behind and the kids were already getting restless. I felt pressured to get everyone out of the car and inside quickly, so I was really relieved when we found plenty of open spots without circling around forever.

The spot we got was close enough to the entrance too, so there wasn’t a long walk or any confusion about where to go. It made the start of the visit feel way less chaotic than I expected, which I definitely appreciated

I did enjoy walking around the outdoor areas — there’s plenty of green space and some really nice old trees that give the place a peaceful feel. But this is where it got annoying: a few of the paths and flower beds looked like they hadn’t been cared for in a while. It wasn’t awful or anything, I just expected everything to be a bit cleaner and better maintained.

I did the factory tour through thehenryford.org it was a cool experience. Seeing the trucks being put together in person was kind of impressive, and the staff seemed friendly enough. Everything was easy to follow for the most part. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few parts felt a little rushed, and I probably would’ve enjoyed it more if we had a bit more time to just look around. Still, I’d say it’s worth checking out if you’re nearby
